Default bad beat odds

At the Horseshoe in Tunica the bad beat hold-em jackpot requires any quads or better to get beat. Both hole cards must play from both hands. The jackpot has not been hit since last October(10 months now)and is currently over $200,000. I was just curious if anyone has done or heard of any simulation that has been performed to determine the odds of hitting this kind of bad beat.
