configuring FT for a proxy server

Hi. I am attempting to set up Full Tilt for a proxy server (Privoxy) so that I can play during my downtime at work. I tried to download a copy of SocksCap, per a post by Bishop22, but the program is seemingly unavailable. Any and all help would be appreciated.
