Default a feeling of giving up

ive seen so much swings lately, its so hard to play when your losing....what if the long run doesnt exist and you bleed yourself dry like so many other players...why isnt reality in poker adressed enough?

If the swings are bothering you that much I suggest you move down and/or take a break.
