How Do NL Staking Deals Work

I hope this is the correct forum

How would a typical staking deal work in NL cash games?

Let's say a player (who u think has a big edge) is playing 2-4NL and you agree to take half of any losses. Is it normal to get half the winnings or a smaller %?

50% in both cases is an established deal...
