Default bilingual books?

I'm interested in purchasing books that have one page in the original language followed by a second page in English. Primarily I mean Spanish/English, but I would be interested to know what else is out there.

I know that I could just by two separate editions of a book, but I feel that the translations might be more honest (and more handy) if under the same cover.

I know these exist, but Google isn't giving me too much assistance. Do you recommend any at a mid-advanced level of reading?

Haggadah's are often printed with Hebrew on one page and English on the other. And it's a nice story, nu?

Seamus Heaney's Beowulf has English and Old English. It's exquisite.

sounds like a painfully slow way to learn a second language. since youre seeking advanced language books, youll be constantly translating and moving between english and spanish and you should be beyond that at that point.

if it were for a beginner, i could see some benefit.
