My table image was tight. Villain tended to play a lot of hands and call down light.

SB checks, Hero checks.

SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls.

SB bets, Hero folds.

Probably played this hand horribly. The checkraise on the turn was to see where I was at, probably should have bet out on either flop or turn.

And don't raise turn (HH says it was a raise, not a check-raise as indicated in your post). Sure, SB might be stabbing. But you don't rate to beat much of anything and you don't have much of a draw. You'd have to be very confident in your read that SB was bluffing with air (or perhaps A-J) to make this a profitable move.

I'd say SB flopped two pair with a non-nut flush draw that got there on the river.

You're right, I remembered incorrectly and the HH is accurate.

Thanks for the responses, I agree in hindsight that I should have bet the flop.
