Default Ak vs a TAGy like player

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $112.75
BB: $110.75
UTG: $109.40
BTN: $113.45

Reads: villian is 17/13/2.4 over 700+ hands. we have s history where he stacked off with A8 on a ATx board. i had raised that flop and bet big on the turn, yet he wouldnt let go.

anyways, i 'think' hes the type who could have AQ here a decent amount.

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG raises to $3.50, BTN folds, Hero raises to $12.50, BB folds, UTG calls $9.00

Flop: ($26) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $18.00, UTG calls $18.00

Turn: ($62) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG checks

River: ($62) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $30.00, UTG raises all-in to $78.90

does my turn check allow me to fold here? i am a little lost...i 'felt' i was beat by a set here, however i may have created a quandry by just not betting the turn.

I think I call. The only hand that he could reasonably have is 1010 that beats you. If he has 1010 hes either rr the flop or betting the turn. Even if he called ur 3bet light with A10 hes betting it the same he would if he had 1010.

And what are you beating that plays that way? Ax would not play like that on a 3 suited board. I fold this all day and do not excuse myself with "good odds to call"

Yeah, at this point I don't see how you can fold. It's a steal/resteal situation so that's why it seems he's played it so unconventionally. I bet $40 on the river FWIW.

I'd bet $40ish on river and actually give very good consideration to folding if shoved on.
