Default No Limit Holdem: Theory and Practice

Would just like to know what other people thought were the most useful sections of NLHTAP by David Sklansky. In other words what sections made the most significant improvements to their own play? Particularly in tournament holdem.

Also were there any points made in the book that people would disagree with?

Halftopically, I'm almost tempted to get this book. After listening to Sklansky on holdemradio he seems much less of an idiot than he acts. (Mason still seems pretty unpleasant.)

Do a search for NLTAP in this forum. There's been quite a few threads/posts regarding this book. Plenty of opinions on both sides.

I personally loved the book but I caution you to read it correctly. The majority of the concepts presented ask you to do some heavy thinking AWAY from the table.

At any rate, no need to re-hash old subjects. Seek and ye shall find.
