Default WSOP advice

Who is planning to play the omaha h/l events?

I'm in for the $1500 O8 on Tuesday and back for the $1500 PLO8 and the $2000 O8 later in the month. I wanted to play todays $2500 stud/omaha event but couldn't pony the cash for all four so I skipped this one. I watched some of it tonight and the play was quite aggressive preflop, most flops contested 2 or 3 way. I saw quite a number of players raising/reraising preflop with hands like AKKQ or A3KT rainbow. I also noticed several small blinds who called for 3-bets.

Who's playing? Any advice or experience to give?

Win every hand where you VP$IP after the 3rd level, and you should be fine .

I'm excited to play tomorrow. played last year in at least one of them. As I recall, there were a number of players who were basically just dicking around, playing 70% with some getting lucky and others not so much. I think greater emphasis on drawing to the nuts and fear of the nuts than normal should be advised. There is plenty of edge to be had in these events.

gl dude. I'll stop by to watch a bit.

I got hit over the head with a cable from the roof and asked to leave when I had no chips left around 1am Wednesday morning.
