Help!!! - Beginner PokerTracker Stat Questions

Hi on a forum i post on i hear people talking about stats on players agression preflop postflop and other helpful things. When i get info on a player it gives vpip and also if anyone has a link to explain what in general 10, 20 vpip mean the type of player he is. Also folds blinds to steal. Attempts to steal blinds. Number of hands to showdown. % won of showdown. Am i missing any key ones and could you explain how i use them. Sorry lot of questions any help appreciated. Just trying to finally get to know how to use Poker Tracker properly for once
