10NL, value bet this river?

I have been looking to get more aggressive with my river value betting at these lower stake tables. This isn't a big spot but would you make a value bet at 10NL.

Villain had only been here for about 20 hands and was 40/5/.5 and had done nothing of note.

My thinking was weak kings and maybe QJ, JT call but so do any ace. I am thinking villain lead the river if he has aces up but and would have already bet a weaker 2 pair hand but villains love to slowplay so idk.
