NL1000: Making the hero call?

Villain in this hand is pretty agressive, capable of bluffing, although it's been a while I catched one.

Villain has a pretty wide opening range preflop, I would sometimes 3bet here, sometimes fold but this time I called.

When he bet the turn while the 3th heart fell I figured he could very well be 2nd barreling the obvious scare card, so I decided to call. After the 4th heart on the river and his all-in push I really have trouble believing him. Would you call him here?

His line makes perfect sence with the Ah. Im not calling. On the other hand, if he was 2nd barreling he's often firing the 3rd barrel here. Its still a fold IMO

yeah no way you could ever call this, he might be bluffing with some random heart that beats you anyway, in the event you have the Qh.. thennnnnnnnnn as played he'd have to have like AK or AJ A hearts.. I think i'd take that coola
