Default crapy hand in a sick spot.

Reads: Nothing more than he has been playing shortstacked for a while a doesn't seem that strong.

I didn't bet this flop for two reasons, If he calls me I pretty much done with the hand and if he raised I have to fold. But then on turn I was pretty sure I had the best hand and bet for protection and now he minraises me. b/f this turn feels really weak, but if I call his tunr raise I have to call any blank river too. What should I do?

This looks like a stupid bluff, raising him all in and calling both seem fine. I actually think he'll pay you off with worse.

How could this be anything else than a fishy value raise?

I would probably bet the flop for protection and hope to take it down right away. If he calls I think we are slightly behind to his range(Qx, medmium PP, FD) and would check behind. Don't know how good checking the turn is though, because he only has a PSB left.

With this stack sizes any line feels akward and I don't mind playing it like you did.
