Paytru / Green Dot loading

Sorry for yet another Paytru thread, but I saw this in their terms and conditions:

LOADING TRANSACTIONS
Green Dot Load(only available at Green Dot Network Retailers) 2.5% N/A


So does this mean that you can load it using those Green Dot MoneyPak refills?

Has anyone tried this? Seems like dropping the vig from 4% to 2.5% makes it better.
