Have a source, context or any additional information on this? The only reason(s) I can think of for Stars to pull out at this point would be (1) RBS orders it and they can't find a replacement bank or (2) they get a little crazy and decide to proceed with the IPO.

This would make me sad because I like Stars, but on the other hand it would save me a lot of trouble because my results there have been terrible.
