you have position with a hand that is good in position. so i think i'd call preflop; also because no one ever folds preflop to a 3bet when stealing

I would probably call here PF. 97s plays great against his range, we have position and can easily float him.

I don't hate the 3bet and would probably do it more than I should if I am annoyed at his steals. If I 3bet, I play exactly the same way you did. Were not beating much here. nice hand.

Am I missing something here? I always try to steal back a pot if the CO/Button has a high steal % and I'm holding a decent hand. Works at least 70% of the time.

If you think he's stealing...then why would you just call...to get value?...if you think he's stealing and believe you can take it down now...then ye reraise...

What's his WSD%...if he's been robbing you for a few orbits then honestly it'd be hard to even fold this river...esp considering you're getting 3-1...and well you're making it sound as if he's basically just playing the blinds game...if that's true why is his range so perfectly coordinated with the board all of a sudden?

I just re-noticed we have a pair of 7s...even considering he might be betting light I'd still fold this river, but everything else looks good imo.

a 3bet is totally fine in this situation BvB - it's almost standard.

the rest of your line looks good, i don't like folding to that river bet but obviously we can't call and i think he looks us up a lot if we raise.
