I think the flop raise is bad. I think it might be better to c/c the flop. The turn is a good scare card for villian. I think you may be able to call the turn bet. Fold the river if it gets bet. I'm not sure if any of this is right, but it is what I might do.

i think your aggression is a little misplaced. tptk is not a hand i would bet here, check-call unless he is showing alot of strength. QQ,KK,AA,AK,AQ are all likely holdings when he raises, and 99 depending on his style, but his hand narrows from his normal [censored] into either a bluff or a monster when he raises and pushes like that. And the likelihood of him bluffing like that are very very small in comparison to the percentage of times he has you beat.
Just speaking generally, just check-call, or fold if he overblasts away

Flop looks good, turn looks like he knows you have a Q and either spiked his K or mayber had 99, and it hoping you are willing to go broke with 2nd pair.
