Need a video card for a 30 inch Dell

I know this subject has been discussed a ton, but I just can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for in the specifications for the video cards on newegg or dell.com

I want to order a Dell 30 inch widescreen. It requires a Dual Link DVI-D video card. I don't play many games. What's my cheapest/best option for an AGP slot?

A lot of those are PCIe cards but there are AGP cards in there as well. About the 4th one down is all you need.
