Default 3-bullet hand with tell

Okay, remembered one more hand from last weekend's 80/160 Bellagio action that I wanted to post.

I have Q8o in the HJ and it looks like CO and Button are getting ready to fold their hands so I open it up. The CO and Button do fold, as does the BB, but the SB calls. The SB is a relaxed-looking older gentleman who lives in Vegas. He plays pretty well and he probably thinks that I play pretty well too.

The flop is AJ7, rainbow I think. He checks, I bet, and he calls.

The turn pairs the ace. He checks and I bet again. He sighs emphatically and makes the call. I'm about 96% certain that he has exactly a jack.

Given the tell, should I bet the river, assuming that it is a blank?
