Default Button openraises, SB 3bets, range to cap BB?

Assume typical ranges, for example:

button openraises 42,1% of hands:
22+
A2o+, K8o+, Q9o+, J9o+, T8o+, 98o
A2s+, K2s+, Q5s+, J7s+, T7s+, 96s+, 86s+, 75s+, 65s

SB 3bets with 18,9% of hands:
44+, A7o+, KTo+, A5s+, K9s+, QTs+, JTs

Stox book propose 66+, AJs+, AQo+, KQs. Is this too tight?

If you cap, your position postflop is not bad, you take initiative, and the button can fold many dominated hands like A6o or K9o and many more, and create dead money and give you the best position.

For example you think suited connectors or other worse hands can be capped? JTs for example have about 30% equity 3handed with those ranges. Or perhaps only cap worse hands if the other players are not very showdown bound?
