$55 MTT - TPTK facing min reraise

Playin a $55 party mtt today, middle to late on in the tournament, maybe 40 people left, i got the following. Is there any hand I can beat here that makes it worth a call / raise?

Ewww, his check min raise is really gross, but i think given dryness of board he does this with worse T enough that you can jam on him.

Also, theres no need to raise over 3X pre.
