Win rate at Wynn $10-20 and $20-40 games

Both games have a half kill making them $15-30 and $30-60 respectively about 30-40% of the time. How much, in terms of money, does everyone think an good (but not world class) player can beat these games for? I have played in both and generally found 3-4 good, but not great players, 3-4 mediocre players, and usually 3 chip spewing fish that are in every hand. Opinions from anyone with experience in these games is appreciated. Also, does anyone play Omaha for a living and as their primary game? It seems to me that there is very good money to be made playing in the $20-40 game if one uses proper game selection and plays when rich tourists with lots of gamble come to town.
