Default Tricky spot with bottom pair

Haven't played enough to with villain to have solid read but the few hands I've played with him today has indicated that he plays v well and keeps the pressure on all streets. Over enough hands I have him as 20/12/2 with most aggression on the turn.

I'd like to hear best possible lines and scenarios for rest of hand. Thanks.

Easy check fold I think. Too hard to be ahead even on the flop and lots of hands have 15 outs twice or more.

Lots of things you can do here... I like c/c and betting out on a non-spade non-K/Q turn.

I would probably check-call all 3 streets unless the board gets scary. Also, sometimes I bet in if a fourth spade comes.

Which cards do you define as scary? I'm not sure how many card combos can come on the turn and river where at least one of them isn't "scary"

I would probably stop check calling on a 9, K, Q, or spade.

Assuming opponent rarely takes free card on turn and that we are putting money in pot then folding if any of 18 cards show up, this line seems extremely thin and possibly a losing play.
