Which aspect is more important to you?
Just seeing where the mindset of the forum is.
Aerobic endurance- able to run several miles in a relatively fast time, etc Muscular strength- deadlift a lot of weight, etc. |

Re: Which aspect is more important to you?
I spent a proportionate amount of time working on the area that I think is more important (ie: if you think muscular is much more important than aerobic, you will spend a lot more time lifting weights and only a little or no time with aerobic excercise)

Re: Which aspect is more important to you?
I voted "muscular is much more important" but that's not really true. All that is important to me is appearance- not any type of performance (sans sexual).

All that is important to me is appearance [/ QUOTE ] For this reason I also have a schedule to make sure I have a tan and am not pasty in addition to being a disgusting fat body. |

Re: Which aspect is more important to you?
Yeah I would love to be out at the pool tanning but it has to be the wettest summer in Texas in 20 years.
I am with most...I would much rather be about 190 with 8% body fat than 220 with a higher body fat but liftin crazy weights. |

Re: Which aspect is more important to you?
Muscular mostly bc of my running injuries that freeze up my quads for the first 15 minutes of running

Re: Which aspect is more important to you?
Where does muscular endurance fall in this? At the moment I don't have much interest in running Marathon des Sables, nor in lifting towtrucks.
I am more interested in functional strength and muscular endurance. I want my body to be strong enough to perform any reasonable "lift" that may be necessary in daily life and also to be able to perform at a high level for a longer period of time under load. |
