Nice sticky, EMC.

I have one microscopic suggestion. Since the neildewhurst converter is the only one that works with FTP (AFAIKK), I'd label it as such. Usually when people post a stupid NC post about "wheres the hand converters whaaaaaaa" it's an FTP hand they are trying to convert.

In general posters should try and shy away from taking polls unless the results of the poll itself are trying to prove a point. If you're just asking about feedback on a hand you played a poll is usually not necessary.

edit: if im the only one that gets annoyed by pointless polls feel free to leave this out.

Looks OK. Some of it sounds familiar for some reason.

It needs some spelling/grammar love.

I think theory posts should be encouraged - though they should be clearly separated from general questions. It'd probably be nice to explain why newer posters should shy away from making them. "You won't have the experience required to give a broad view of a subject."

Rest looks fine to me.
