Default Another poorly played hand, top pair w/ nut flush draw.

Have played him before and he is pretty aggressive, I assumed he had aces so should I have raised or folded the flop? I've been calling down way too much lately with I guess a lot of success, but it doesn't feel right.

That c/c on the flop makes me sick to my stomach. You have to push here.

Could you explain why? I don't think I'm ahead of aces here, but I suppose he would fold to the re raise.

If he will fold aces, which could be wrong here, then raise allin on the flop. If not, I prefer to push any turn card except the J. If he calls on the turn with just aces, you will have 14-17 wins or more. If you just called the flop and someone called behind you, then you should check fold if a straight card hits, and still move in if one doesn't. Also, fold preflop OOP for a raise and a reraise. You aren't even sure you will get to see the flop...

Well, you're dead wrong here. Against naked aces, you're 58% to win the pot. It's a situation where you're happy to get all your chips in, but at the same time, you'd love it if he folds incorrectly which is a very reasonable possibility given how strong your C/R looks in that position.

Plus, in addition to the immediate value from raising, it's very helpful in terms of metagame for your opponents not to know whether you have a made hand or a draw from whether you c/c or c/r. A good player will run over someone who consistently plays his strong draws in such a weak manner.
