I've played with villain for about 25 hands and so far he has been pretty tight. The only hand I remember him playing was he had kk and min raised the button and then min bet every street postflop.

given the prior info i'd shove because I think that he would minraise QQ+ in this position, with his stack size it kinda makes sense. Give him 77-JJ AJ+, and we're ahead, if can add KQ and then a little of QQ+ and we're still doing fine with odds, plus he's kinda donkish and might fold some of the time.

I fold cause a bunch of tight noobs (the same ones that minraise KK) like to 4x TT/JJ/AQ. Sometimes You'll see AJ/AK/88/99/QQ, whatever, but it's usually that TT/JJ/AQ and that tell is pretty reliable, imo. Obv, if some guy starts 4xing all the time, just ignore it. But as a default, this tell is pretty reliable.

Really? I agree with Ace's range- a push seems fine to me.

Maybe he plays big pairs different ways, sometimes with small raises and sometimes with big raises. If he is a decent player, you won't be able to tell his hand by his raise size.
