Is this a real survey from poker stars?
I'm paranoid of all email now.. I can click this without the russian mafia stealing all my monies?
Dear PokerStars Player, Thank you very much for choosing PokerStars as your place to play poker. We hope that you are enjoying your experience. As part of our efforts to continually improve PokerStars, we would like to request your feedback by participating in a brief survey. The survey can be found at: http://www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?p=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and should take no more than ten minutes to complete. Your inputs are very valuable. As a Thank You for your response, we would like to give you 300 Frequent Player Points (FPPs) that can help you to qualify for a wide range of rewards. Please respond no later than May 25th, and please be certain to include your PokerStars ID at the end of the survey to qualify for your reward. FPPs will be credited to your account by May 28th. Please note that only players who receive this email directly from PokerStars are eligible for the reward. Thank you, PokerStars Player Marketing P.S. We would also like to remind you to NEVER give out your password. 1470 Rte 138, Kahnawake Mohawk Territory, Quebec, Canada, J0L 1B |

Re: Is this a real survey from poker stars?
I had one of those 1-2 month ago. It was real and I got the 300 FPPs a few days later.
If you are not 100% sure, Email the link to have to pokerstars support and ask them (not reply to the Email you got) |

Re: Is this a real survey from poker stars?
A new thread comes up about this every few weeks. HostJacob, maybe Stars should be looking at fixing this email? If that many people think it looks like a phishing attempt, a change obviously needs to be made.

[/ QUOTE ] mainly it just seems fishy that the url doesn't go to pokerstars.com, which is something that could be changed pretty easily |
