villain is 82/24/0.94 over 404 hands and i am playing pretty solid at 18/11/2.13 over 135 hands. with the low aggeression factor i think he either has a set or some sort of 2 pair combination there. i checked the turn for pot control because i knew i was either way ahead or way behind. any criticisms on my play with this hand?

Are you usually beat here? Probably.
Do you win more than 22% of the time? I think so.

Even against a bleak range you have 27% equity:
99+,77,44-33,AsKs,AsQs,AsJs,As4s,As3s,As2s,97s,86s.

His low agression is actaully skewed by how many hands he is playing. An AF of 1 is actually high for someone with an 82 (!!) VPIP.

Did he usually min raise or make a PSR pf?

There is no way you can bet fold here.
I just don't see him checking behind a set with straight/flush draws on the turn. Especially when he has 1.5x the pot left and will not be able to overbet shove and get called that often.
