Default ($27) Dubious flop shove?

SB is a super-fish. CO hadn't done anything out of the ordinary.

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t100 (7 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t1650)
Hero (t1530)
MP1 (t1410)
CO (t1015)
Button (t4335)
SB (t2325)
BB (t1235)

Preflop: Hero is in UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">UTG folds</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to t300</font>, <font color="gray">MP1 folds</font>, CO calls t300, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, SB calls t250, <font color="gray">BB folds</font>

Flop: (t1000) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets t1230 (All-in)</font>
Turn: (t3460) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

River: (t3460) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Is this bet too big? Should I be trying to extract more value?

your stack isnt much bigger than the pot, there are draws you dont want to see calling and youll be called by worse hands even if certain villans cant lay down. nice line, nice hand.
