Playing a bounty tournament on Cake, I had two players covered in a 3 way allin. I eliminated the player with the 2nd most chips and the short stack tripled up. I should get the bounty for the player who got knocked out, right?
I didn't and I have an email pending about it. I'm afraid they're going to tell me that the short stack has a right to it somehow... |

You knocked him out. The shortstack just took X amount of his stack. If shorty wasn't in the pot, pro would be gone. If you weren't in the pot, pro would survive.

They apologized and manually credited it, but did not tell me the reason this happened which I specifically asked for. I'm afraid this could be a recurring problem and I haven't really kept strict tabs on my bounties in the past so who knows what else I missed? I replied asking them for a reason again and they haven't sent anything back for hours...
I figure it's either a problem they're having today alone or something in their system that gets confused when the bounty winner doesn't win the main pot which would be pretty bad IMO... |
