Is there a post somewhere with a list of links to all the Theorems? I've tried to search for one to no avail.

Just been going over old hands, and I saw this old Feltbelt hand. I was at a total loss as to what they meant by slidebar or slider.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the odd bet size.

ie. If it looks like he's randomly using the slidebar to bet, it's always a bluff.
