Default Is advertising an online site illegal as a US resident?

Hey I was just wondering because I'm going to be building a site that will mostly have online poker advertisements/rakeback. Is this illegal as a US resident?
Is there anything that can be deemed illegal that comes with being an affiliate?

ty in advance

Yea, I'm gonna register the domain as private but they were very direct in saying no illegal acts will be tolerated...so just wanted to check. They probably won't care considering your above statement, but thanks
