Flop c/r attempt bad? Value bet river?... and why... cuz I'm just starting out.

Villain knows I usually follow through when I raise and is semi-decent from what I have seen from him.

1) bet. You are only worried about QT or AA here. And even if he has AA then ur 48 low may be good.
2)Bet. You will scoop this too often not to bet
