Meh id call since BB could have all sorts of crap, BTNs low agg factor is a little scary though

I would not fold b/c button will not have AA here since his stats look decent. BB might have a 6 here, his smallbet/push looks scary, but a guy like him could show up here with a bare flush draw and the pot is already insanely big. IMO you should raise BB yourself.
The best option is probably to push preflop although CO will have you crushed a decent amount of the time. Since he is so nitty he might fold QQ and worse though which would be great.

Maybe button is tricky enough to put in a raise there with QQ, but I highly doubt it. It's a tough spot: you're sandwiched between spew monkey and weak-tight. You want to raise spew monkey but you might just knock him out and be stuck against deep-stacked weak-tight guy.

Hero played well, IMO.
