I've been going out with this girl for 4 months now and in the last 6 weeks, we've started sleeping together. She's my first proper girlfriend and problem is I can't last very long before I cum. If any of you know the biscuit game I used to play this a lot last year at school and prided myself on having the quickest and most easy orgasms but realise it's not really something to be too pleased about now as I don't think I'm doing all that I can to pleasure my girl.

Things that I have tried:

Not drinking any liquids for 24 hours before sex. I figured that if I did this there'd be less juice to turn into cum, but it didn't make any difference at all. After about 90 seconds I had a pretty much dry orgasm and a tiny drizzle came out but it didn't extend our sexy time at all. Also gave me a headache cos I was dehydrated.

Saying the Periodic Table over and over in my head. I tried this a few times on the recommendation of a friend but realise I only know like the first, 18 elements. I guess I could make a proper effort to learn the entire table and thus last longer, but the three times I've tried it I've got to silicon (like 14 or 15 in the table), imagined my girl with big fake [censored] and just shot it there and then.

Pretended I was [censored] my mom/grandma. Yea, embarrassing, but I think I may actually have cum quicker the times I tried this method. Not because I was turned on by the thought of my mom or w/e but just because it was the thought I was doing something forbidden so made me all that more excited.

Do any of you guys have tips or tricks that I might be able to use to last longer please?
