Best way to cash out right now

This is a really basic question, but here goes. Like alot of players, i got hung up in the neteller freeze. Maybe now i am being alittle paranoid, but i am afraid to have more than one cashout in "the pipline" with epassport at any given time. Any suggestions on the safest and/or most expediant way to cash out?
