Default 25NL: playing a hit draw OOP against 2 villains

Suggested play on the turn after button raises into my nut hand? 2 flush draws and higher straight draws possible. UTG is short stacked, should I raise here? He calls for pot odds regardless IMO.

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $21.55
SB: $26.90
Hero (BB): $28.30
UTG: $9.05

Pre-Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG calls $0.25, BTN calls $0.25, SB folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.85) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $0.75</font>, UTG calls $0.75, BTN calls $0.75

Turn: ($3.10) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $2.70</font>, UTG calls $2.70, <font color="red">BTN raises to $11.50</font>, Hero ??

I would be getting it all in as quickly as I could. Like you said, you're only worried about draws, you have the best hand at the moment. I wouldn't call because it makes it cheaper for the other two players to hit their draws.
