Plugging leaks/getting a pair

I think situations like this are a massive leak in my game and also the cause for a higher W-SD stat in relation to the rest of them. My standard line is to play them really weakly. on the plus it keeps the pot small but just about everything else is terrible. What line do people usual take for boards like this and similar?

in this hand vilain is a bit fishy, calls too much and folds to cbet about 60% of the time. not too aggro (dont have stats as having problems with hud)
