Default General questions vs a 3 bet

1) Assume villain is Tag, anywhere from 25/18 to 30/20

Preflop 2 folds, Hero is CO with XX and raises, button fold, villain 3 bets in the SB

Flop K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain bets

2) Preflop 2 folds, Hero is CO with XX and raises, Villain 3 bets OTB, blinds fold hero calls

Flop K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain bets

3&4)Now assume villain is LAG(35/25 to 50/30) In both hands

Which hands are you raising/check raising in all spots?

something like this.

1. AK AA KK (when i opt not to cap these pf or wait to raise turn) KQ KJ KT hearts and QJ
2. basically any K and most Ts
3,4. 35/25 i treat the same. 40/25 i treat about the same. once we get to ~50/30 or so i'm probably opening up a bit, but not always on the flop. ie. i probably start to wait and pop turns with good hands against the wider range. i'm also capping preflop a lot more against this guy so it's hard to respond to this.

this so depends on how the villain views me, but if I were a 27/18 sssh 2p2 tag,

1. 55, Q9, QJ, AJ, any flush draw, and any K.
2. 55, QJ, any flush draw, and any K.

Now assuming villain is SB:
3.1 Same as 1 but add any T.
4.1 Same as 3.1.

Assuming villain is button:
3.2 Same as 2 but add any T
4.2 Same as 3.2

you have to pump up the pot in position cuz he's gonna be oop and more likely to make passive decisions on the later streets. so you have both best FE AND best chance for bad calldown by raising the flop.

when you are oop its not as important.
