Default 200NL: Value shove this river?

Villain is a fish, 63/15. Only 30 hands but he's clearly a donk. He insta-called flop and turn, which made me think he might have a high spade, but can't be sure of these guys. On the river I have $96 left in my stack.

Party Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $233.96
SB: $584.94
Hero (BB): $200
UTG: $255.31
MP: $194
CO: $202.20

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $6</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $4

Flop: ($13) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $10</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $33</font>, BTN calls $23

Turn: ($79) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $65</font>, BTN calls $65

River: ($209) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

shove imo. this is a pretty common spot where he will only bet hands that beat you and check others. It's definitively thin but I can't see a c/f.

i think check and see what happens. u say he call instantly and this could mean he is sitting on a draw. i think he calls in the hope to hit a spade at the river. if he goes allin i would fold.

If he's aggro I think check/call is better than shove.
If he's passive probably check/fold.
