My kicker sucked, but my initial thought is that I should either fold to the flop raise, or raise the turn. Or...can I call the river push?

The thing I don't get about NL is how anyone could give accurate advice at anytime without some sort of read.

Anyways, I call. I don't play much NL online, so take it FWIW, but he did NOT bet his hand like a King. To me it looks more like Qx, or JT.
