PP 5/10, 88, btm set deep, river??
Villian in hand is JohnTorrio, from my database hes 20/16 or something but this session seems to be 3 betting me a ton, that being said every time we've put $$ in hes had the goods.
Party Poker, $5/$10 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter UTG: $508 BTN: $517.45 SB: $2,519.08 Hero (BB): $2,782.50 Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB) 2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $33</font>, Hero calls $23 Flop: ($66) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players) <font color="red">SB bets $55</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $140</font>, SB calls $85 Turn: ($346) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players) SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $225</font>, SB calls $225 River: ($796) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $525</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $2,121.08 and is All-In</font> On the flop was trying to induce a 3 bet from random hands he might have with a small "buff raise". My question is obv what is everyones action on the river after he CRAI and why?? Thx |

Fold because he has j10. If you fold river you played it perfect

i bet more on turn and river, and fold to river c/r, pretty sure he never has worse than 888 here. Weird line to take as a bluff + from memory JT wasnt the type of player to make tricky bluffs like this one.

Looks like a definite river fold... don't see how Q9 gets to this river, we can rule out 99, and I don't think K9 pushes here. This is such a tough fold, but I think it's necessary. I mean he did put in 200BB on the river...

i check raise way more on the flop and bet more on the turn fwiw. as played, river is a fold imo.
