Default drawing with A-K

In an unraised pot is it suggested to call and draw with A-K in any position other than the BB?

You can raise in SB against a weak BB. If you limp you're only giving him a chance to outplay or outdraw you, but he might fold stronger hands (like 88) to a raise.
