You're getting a good price to call, especially considering his stats. Turn check is fine and when the 3 fall on the river we're pretty sure its a blank.

Definitely bet turn, I am not sure why you didnt as the seven completes a straight for 108 and thats it. As far as the river goes, it really is almost never a bluff, but with the price youre getting I would call and make a note either way. I guess maybe he just hit his A3 and that sucks, but its not the end of the world either.
