Not bluffing the river in this spot would be a pretty large mistake IMO. You played this hand well. The only street that's close in this hand is preflop. I'm not saying that preflop is bad, just that every street postflop is completely standard for me, whereas preflop is borderline.

My line would have been c/c c/c c/f but on the other hand I'm too passive on the flop. What's the benefit with taking the initiative with a hand as weak as a 9 high FD compared to play it passively? Is this just one of those situations where to C/R any pair/draw on the flop?

As played it think the river bet is a must. Lots of SD, A high and PP that would fold. Way more often than the 14% needed

Playing this hand aggressively has the benefit of causing our opponent to fold a better hand. Id be more likely to play the A high flush draw passively.

I fold PF. The tag here is not on 2 random cards and he has position on you. He also knows to show you down if the draw dosen't come in and he's A high.
I believe the 96s is the cutoff point for defending here, you're just below that.

But playing it aggressive has the downside that we put more money in when behind and we will get looked up frequently by weak ends especially if youre known for playing draws agressive. Of course win more when hitting our draw is the positive side of this. Does WTDS% matter weather to play it passive or aggressive? Board texture? Say the board is JQK?Iam curious since i never feel comfortable when playing draws

If we play a flushdraw passively I don't think we should defend with 95s. By playing agressively and semi-bluffing you get 2 chances to win the pot, either fold him out or hit your draw. You also win more when you hit your draw. Play agressively or don't play this hand at all.
