I folded kings pre-flop... wanna kill me?

Villain is a grinder playing 21/11/3 and doesn't 3-bet light and this is the first time I have ever seen him 4-bet I think. We haven't tangled w/ each other like ever. He also opened UTG and we are 140bb deep. I just can't see him doing this w/o AA (or KK which is very unlikely for him to have obviously). What do you think about my fold?

looks fine to me, i hardly ever do it but these circumstaces and read seem ok.

I am stacking off here against for 140bb.. I could see him do this with AA,KK,QQ and sometimes JJ. The fact that you are on the button makes his 4b range bigger than just AA imo.

it would think its pretty important what kind of style you play. if you run at something like 23/20 or thereabouts and you have played with the villain a fair bit and he prob has a decent idea of how you play then i dont think you should be folding this. if your stats are similar to his then that makes it closer to a fold imo, but i still doubt that i would.
