Flop I would've lead or checkraised. Turn is kinda played backwards, not sure why you led out here. Other than that,turn and river are calls I think. You kinda didn't rep your hand here at all and can't really get a read on what villain has. By not leading the flop or cr'ing it, you can't figure out what opponent has.

I definitely would have led or checkraised the flop as well. After check/calling flop the lead/call line on the turn doesnt make alot of sense to me when it seemed like you were trying to get to showdown as cheap as possible?

River call is good but if you had exercised turn pot control maybe it wouldnt have been for as much, saving you chips when he has the diamonds.
