I allways freeze when someone cold calls. The guy was like 32/12/2.5 after 80 or so hands. We have no history. I can´t remember him doing anything grazy. I don´t allways 3-bet this preflop, but did it now. How´s my line?

When you 3bet with KQo, it is hard to get many replies since it seems your play is very dependent upon recent activity/table dynamics/metagame crap that has been going on. If nothing out of the ordinary has been going on then maybe you shouldn't be looking to get tricky for no reason.

A coldcall of a 3bet should polarize his range somewhat if he isn't manical. Usually a mid PP,AJs+. Given that, I probably bet the turn and fold to any resistance. The river is close and again I would fall back on recent activity to guide my move.
