Default 10NL AKs turn pairs board...

Villain is 27/8/2.4 over 600 hands (datamined)

I was confused a bit by the flop minraise, but I think he might do this with a T to try to steal the pot, but I think he might also have a hand like KT here...

My intention was to get it in on a safe turn, but I think that T is a real scare card as I think a lot of his range on the flop is Tx

Please comment on how the flop / turn should be played?

i think this is a call. i cant see how you can put him on a 10, i think a set of 8's or KT slows down a bit once the board pairs. i think this is KQ more than anything

But is 3-betting the flop correct, or do you ever just call here?

with how shallow he is i usually just call this. once you three bet the flop they money is goign in regardless. if he had a bit more behind i would be threebetting this 95%
